Alice in Wonderbloom is a one of a kind hanging planter created through intuition, imagination, and second chances.

The original floral teacup that inspired this design broke at a market. It was the piece that brought together the butterfly accents and vintage necklaces I had chosen, and losing it was heartbreaking. While searching for a replacement, I unexpectedly discovered an Alice in Wonderland coffee mug at Bookmans, a local secondhand exchange store. The colors and shape felt right immediately, and I knew it was meant to continue the story.

Hand strung jewelz in flowing shades of turquoise, aqua, soft gold, and crystal were thoughtfully reimagined from thrifted necklaces sourced throughout Arizona. Crystal butterflies are woven throughout the design, honoring the original vision while allowing the piece to evolve into something entirely new.

Created through upcycle, reimagined, reuse, and repurpose practices, Alice in Wonderbloom reflects my mission of sustainable art and memory keeping.

Because every element is vintage, handmade, or individually sourced, Alice in Wonderbloom is truly one of a kind. There will never be another exactly like it.

Each piece is part of my ongoing physical and emotional therapy and is intuitively designed from thrifted and donated treasures.
