Tropic Like It’s Hott was simply fun to create. The hot pinks, fiery oranges, sunny golds, and tropical colors instantly made me smile. As I paired vintage jewelz together, the piece seemed to take on a personality of its own, full of warmth, energy, and a little bit of sass.

Hand strung jewelz rescued from thrifted necklaces and bracelets blend bold color with playful movement. Rich corals, sparkling crystals, warm gold accents, and vibrant tropical tones come together to create a piece that feels like sunshine, warm beaches, and endless summer days.

A quilted coral pot anchors the design, bringing all of the colors together while adding warmth and texture. Every necklace, bracelet, and jewel was thoughtfully chosen as the piece evolved naturally, honoring my process of letting the art guide the design.

Created through upcycle, reimagined, reuse, and repurpose practices, Tropic Like It’s Hott reflects my mission of sustainable art and memory keeping.

Because every element is vintage, handmade, or individually sourced, Tropic Like It’s Hott is truly one of a kind. There will never be another exactly like it.
